Cough cough

Elis has a cough and his first tooth pushing its way upwards. Sad times for little boy. It makes sleeping hard work, for both of us. Nursery is less than straight forward also with trips to Tesco to buy calpol and deliver.

I dislike leaving you there, but enjoy my visits during the day. When I conducted a medicine drop, you did not notice me there, so I stayed hidden and watched from around the corner as you sat at the dinner table holding on to another baby's arm. And then later on, when you were stood next to the sofa playing with horse and cow toys happily by yourself. You are a delight, pure and simple.

Today is work day and it commences in eight minutes. This means we don't get to have fun like we normally do. Mondays are my favourite because we get to play all day, no interruptions. Library trips, park visits with lots of swinging on the swings. Come half past four we will rectify this.

Oh and you seem to have taken a shining to the new resident of the street, a goat called Hoy. Oh my.
